Job summary

HTK is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our hardware and system administration team in Hong Kong. You will perform installation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of desktop, server and network infrastructure.

You will prepare documentation for designs, maintenance and routine checks, manage IT assets and software licenses, and coordinate with IT vendors while providing daily helpdesk support to internal users. The role requires strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration.
• MCSE and CCNA qualifications are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, IIS, Apache and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and system administration, installation and upgrade
• Prepare system and network infrastructure documentations including Design, Maintenance and Routine Check
• Manage and monitoring IT systems, assets and software licenses
• Coordinate with IT vendors; provide daily helpdesk technical support to internal users
