Job summary

Referment is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator for its Hong Kong office. The role combines direct user support with infrastructure administration across Windows, UNIX, storage, and networking to improve reliability and efficiency.

You will work with global teams and vendors, supporting Windows PCs/servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices, and trading-floor technology while contributing to automation and project work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with hardware, software, desk-side, trading-floor, AV and conferencing support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with problem-solving drive.
• Clear interpersonal and organizational communication abilities.
• On-site availability Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore and Shanghai occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for PC hardware, peripherals, and software deployments.
• Assist mobile-device management, videoconferencing, and AV equipment on-site.
• Collaborate with global teams to diagnose issues and implement fixes.
• Administer infrastructure-level systems and contribute to automation improvements.
