Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Hong Kong is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to deliver first-line support for enterprise systems. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a system support or technical support role.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products including M365 and Office suite.
