Job summary

A leading retail company in Hong Kong is looking for an IT Support Specialist to oversee daily system operations and network maintenance. Responsibilities include supporting IT infrastructure, negotiating with vendors, and preparing workflow documents. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with over 5 years of experience in retail system support, possessing excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail system support.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Retail, FMCG industry and MNC would be an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin
• Can work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
