Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide system and database support for existing computer systems, handle hotline enquiries, troubleshoot issues and recover systems after incidents.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT experience, including hands-on work with Commvault Backup, Windows Server, IIS, MSSQL and VMware ESXi, plus IT Audit experience. You will also handle administration, procurement, inventory control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 3 years' experience in IT industry.
• At least 3 years working experience in Commvault Backup, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, MSSQL Database and VMware ESXi System support.
• At least 3 years' experience in IT Audit.

Responsibilities

To perform researches, develops and recommends policy guidelines and/or procedures;

To prepare system documentation

To perform any other work as assigned by the supervisor.
