Job summary

Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support our IT infrastructure in Hong Kong. The role involves managing Windows and Linux servers, network devices, and daily end-user support.

The candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or IT, 3+ years in the financial sector, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Independent work style and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above relevant experience in Financial Industry.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT equipment, including Windows/Linux servers, network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi routers.
• Install, manage, and maintain various servers and network equipment.
• Update network and system documentation.
• Manage inventory and IT resources.
• Provide daily operations and end-user support.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including system support and maintenance duties.
• Planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
