Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a System Analyst to bridge ERP systems, trading partners, and global supply networks. You will own middleware design, API strategy, and B2B integration across cloud and on-prem environments.

Role requires strong English communication, cross-time-zone collaboration, and a hands-on approach to production issue resolution and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on iPaaS design, deployment and maintenance in international environments (Dell Boomi).
• Experience with low-code platforms and Microsoft technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Audit, refine, and connect Order-to-Cash processes from PO to invoicing and settlement.
• Design, map, and maintain high-reliability EDI (X12) and RESTful/SOAP API pipelines with global partners (AS2/SFTP).
• Collaborate across time zones with IT managers, analysts, and offshore partners to translate requirements into integration flows.
• Serve as escalation point for production data discrepancies and performance tuning across databases and cloud platforms.

What You Will Do

• Drive Middleware & API Strategy: Lead the architectural design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade integrations utilizing Dell Boomi as your primary toolset.
• Optimize Commercial Order Workflows: Partner closely with business stakeholders to audit, refine, and connect mission-critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes—from initial customer purchase orders and shipping notifications to invoicing and settlement.
• Streamline B2B Communications: Design, map, and maintain high-reliability EDI (X12) and RESTful/SOAP API pipelines with global trading partners, ensuring secure data exchange across AS2 and SFTP protocols.
• Collaborate Across Time Zones: Work closely with our Global IT Manager, regional business analysts, and global vendor partners to translate business requirements into seamless, high-performance integration flows.
• Solve Complex Production Challenges: Serve as the final escalation point for production data discrepancies, root-cause investigations, and performance tuning across enterprise databases and cloud platforms.

What We Are Looking For

Core Experience & Skills:

• Cloud-native Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes within international iPaaS, best preferred Dell Boomi. Well verse with Low-code Platforms and Microsoft Technologies is a plus
• Domain Mastery: Deep familiarity with supply chain, sourcing, or global manufacturing operations, with proven expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
• Integration & B2B Protocols: Solid mastery of API standards (e.g. REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) alongside standard B2B exchange flows (EDI).
• Vendor or Consulting Foundation: A background in technology consulting or vendor services is highly preferred—bringing a client-centric mindset and strong problem-solving agility.

Interpersonal & Cultural Fit:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively articulate technical solutions to both technical offshore teams and business leadership. Cantonese speaker is a plus.
• Global Mindset: Flexible in collaborating across global time zones occasionally for meetings.
