Job summary

Intertek Greater China is seeking an IT administrator to support the business division, coordinate with the corporate IT team, and manage user accounts across several applications. The role includes assisting in IT projects and system enhancements, plus providing frontline support to global colleagues and external users.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of IT administration experience, strong English and Mandarin skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/AI and Data Science, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years IT administration experience preferred.
• English and Mandarin communication is required.
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered.

The Job

• Provide IT administration support in business division
• Liaise & coordinate with corporate IT division and business division users
• Responsible for data administration and user account management of various application systems
• Assist in implementation of IT projects and system enhancement
• Provide frontline support to global colleagues and external users in use of various application systems
• Assist in setting up testing cases and perform user acceptance test

The Person

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, AI and Data Science, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of IT administration (not IT support) experience is preferred
• Familiar with MS office (essential with advance level and Marco development concept for Word and Excel) is preferred, not a must
• Good analytical and project management skill, responsible and presentable
• Good Command of English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, energetic, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
