Job summary
Intertek Greater China is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead new testing services development for LV/HV electrical components and gas appliances, aligning with ISO/IEC 17025 standards. You will perform technical reviews of test reports, supervise laboratory operations, and assist pre-sales with technical enquiries, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Candidates should have a diploma or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years' experience, and strong
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of IEC/ EN/ UL standards and certification schemes for electrical products.
- Hands-on or project management experience in Electrical or Gas appliance tests.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Project management and development for new testing services, e.g., LV / HV electrical components or gas appliances related.
- Technical review for test reports and maintain laboratory operations according to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Support sales in the pre-sales stage and proactively follow up on technical enquiries.

The Job
- Project management and development for new testing services, e.g., LV / HV electrical components or gas appliances related
- Technical review for test reports and maintain laboratory operations according to ISO/IEC 17025
- Support sales in the pre-sales stage and proactively follow up on technical enquiries
- Team supervision and completion of ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Diploma or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- 5 years or above experience in a relevant job nature
- Knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards and relevant certification scheme understanding for electrical products
- Solid hands-on or project management experiences in Electrical or Gas appliance tests
- Having team spirit and good communication skills
- Able to work independently and self-organized
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
- Five day work week
