Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong seeks an Operations professional to support the CFCM department across Equity & Debt Capital Markets activities, including primary / IPO offerings and secondary block trades. You will manage the new issuance process, coordinate with internal teams and external clients, and ensure timely, accurate flow of information.

You will act as the operational contact for CFCM clients after account opening, assist with custodian services, review CLSA policies, and help handle

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Finance or Accounting.
• 1 year of experience in Investment Banking/Operations preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Syndicate Operations to support ECM & DCM activities, including primary/ IPOs and secondary block trades.
• Deal Management: coordinate logistics from structuring to closing with internal and external parties.
• Control & Reconciliation: communicate risk items and provide trade & P&L reporting.
• Client Services: serve as operational contact for CFCM clients after account opening.
• Review, revise and enforce CLSA policies affecting the IB Business.
• Assist with policy breaches, investigations and regulatory enquiries; perform ad-hoc duties.
