Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a junior professional to support the Strategy & Business Development team for the CITIC CLSA Capital Partners private equity business. The role involves assisting with report preparation, deck creation for clients and roadshows, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in finance/accounting/business, has at least 2 years in the financial industry (IBD, audit or consulting preferred), and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Master degree in finance/accounting/business with strong dissertation/report writing.
• At least 2 years in financial industry; IBD/audit/consulting preferred.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across seniority.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Native Mandarin; proficient in English; Cantonese a plus.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Support fund-raising campaign for CLSA Capital Partners’ strategies.
• Coordinate and prepare reports and presentation decks for clients and roadshows.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders within CITIC CLSA Capital Partners and related entities.
• Support ad-hoc activities and general administration tasks for the team.
