Job summary

Intertek Greater China is seeking a seasoned Sustainability & Quality professional to lead service development and ensure CSRD/ESG compliance. You will translate regulatory changes into practical solutions, support business growth, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires 5–8 years of sustainability or testing experience, strong communication and project management skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to drive quality initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Textile, or related disciplines.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in sustainability, testing, certification, compliance, or technical management.
• Good knowledge of DPP, ESPR, CSRD, ESG and related sustainability requirements.
• Experience with quality management systems and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new assurance services and identify market opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain quality manuals, procedures, and technical documents.
• Support client meetings, trainings, and presentations; respond to enquiries.
• Work with local and regional stakeholders on service development and quality initiatives.
