Job summary

Links International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader in Hong Kong to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and global logistics for consumer electronics. You will lead demand and inventory planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the local team while driving ERP-driven process improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). HK-based position with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of supply chain experience in consumer electronics, small home appliances, or premium beauty tech.
• Strong track record of managing manufacturers in Greater China and handling Hong Kong import/export logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and advanced data analysis in Excel.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Oversee contracts with electronics factories to ensure quality, pricing, and on-time production.
• Demand & Inventory Planning: Lead forecasting and inventory planning to align stock with global sales.
• Logistics & 3PL Management: Coordinate global shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing with 3PL partners.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure devices meet CE, FCC, RoHS and establish backup plans for components.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HK supply chain team and drive ERP improvements.

Job description

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Oversee and manage contracts with electronics factories (EMS/ODM/OEM) in Mainland China to guarantee product quality, competitive pricing, and on‑time production.
  
• Demand & Inventory Planning: Lead the forecasting and inventory planning processes to match stock levels with global sales demands, preventing both stockouts and excess inventory.
  
• Logistics & 3PL Management: Coordinate global shipping, customs clearance, and warehousing solutions, managing third‑party logistics partners to streamline e‑commerce and retail fulfillment.
  
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all beauty electronic devices meet international regulatory standards (like CE, FCC, and RoHS) and establish backup plans for critical electronic components.
  
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the local supply chain team in Hong Kong while driving process improvements through ERP system updates.

Qualifications
