Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of technicians in daily checks of M&E equipment, plan preventive/corrective activities, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across maintenance projects. You will guide troubleshooting, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records for audits and performance tracking.

The role requires independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and a good safety mindset, with willingness to shift as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/ SEC/ Coretrade (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years related experience.
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform shift work when required.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in performing daily routine checks of M&E equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all preventive and corrective (breakdown) maintenance activities for M&E systems.
• Ensure proper control, safekeeping, and accountability of tools, equipment, and materials, enforce high standards of housekeeping.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and decision-making on complex maintenance issues.
• Monitor work progress, allocate manpower effectively, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for audit and performance tracking purposes.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance works.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and system reliability enhancements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
