Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned maintenance supervisor to lead a team of technicians, planning and executing多 daily maintenance activities while optimizing costs and downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and fluency in English and Chinese, with experience in CMMS and safety compliance. Eligible for benefits including medical and life insurance, double pay, and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Eng.
• 5 years plant maintenance experience, with at least 3 in supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Plan, schedule, implement and monitor preventive, corrective and overhaul maintenance programs for E&M equipment, pumps, blowers, tanks, piping and civil/structural works.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to optimize cost and minimize downtime.
• Manage external service providers and contractors, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
• Conduct equipment criticality assessments.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate HSE policies and safety requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by Plant Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5 years of plant maintenance experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with CMMS is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
