Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimise equipment performance.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, incl. training and performance review.
• Plan preventive maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, control costs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate with operations to minimise disruptions.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and KPIs reporting.
• Identify cost-effective process improvements and manage spares procurement.

Salary Package: Basic Up to $6000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies and policies to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime
• Overseeing a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing supervision, training and performance management
• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance programmes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Managing maintenance budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Monitoring equipment performance, analysing maintenance trends and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability
• Coordinating with operations teams to prioritise maintenance activities and minimise operational disruptions
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities
• Maintaining detailed maintenance records, documentation and reporting on key performance indicators
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-effective solutions
• Managing vendor relationships and procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials
