Job Description

• Assist Store Manager to drive retail sales performance ensuring target KPIs are met


• Ensure the store assigned is fit for business (cleanliness, lighting, lay out, promotional displays. digital screens, etc.). and are aligned with brand specifications.


• Achieve sales targets with company strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential


• Deliver excellent customer service and retail experience to customer and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service


• Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and maintain long-term relationship


• Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM purpose


• Embody our company service values and standards at all times


• A multi-tasking team player who thrives a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment with positive mindset


• Energetic, talkative, pleasant and outgoing personality


• Good administrative skills, adaptability and customer service attitude


• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
