Job summary

Yan Lee Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a high-calibre professional for a senior on-site project coordination role. You will manage day-to-day construction progress and lead site teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering and a minimum of 6+ years in project coordination with 2+ years in major managerial positions on site. Strong coordination with architects, consultants and subcontractors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architect, consultants and sub-contractors, and handle contracts correspondence and resolve site problems independently.
• Prepare and supervise all required documents throughout the project life cycle until close-out.
• Monitor and report project details to project management, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for scope and schedule to all team members on site.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.
• Comply with company safety standards and promote a positive safety culture on site.
