Job summary

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) invites applications for the position of Executive Officer (Student Affairs). Reporting to the Head of Student Affairs, the appointee will support administration and delivery of student services, including financial assistance, scholarships, tuition fee deferment, and liaison with student bodies.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised Bachelor's degree, have at least five years of relevant experience, demonstrate leadership, service

Qualifications

• A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a tertiary institution, or equivalent qualification.
• Normally, at least five years’ relevant work experience in higher education, student services, or administrative environments.
• Strong leadership potential and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with high reliability and accountability.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student financial assistance and scholarship schemes.
• Administer tuition fee deferment arrangements and liaise with student associations.
• Oversee general administration of the Office and support projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Schools to support mentoring, guidance, orientation and induction.
