BIT is seeking a seasoned trader to own pricing, market-making and risk management for structured products across digital assets and tokenized equities. You will manage exotic options, hedging strategies and continuous improvement of pricing models and trading systems.

The role requires 3+ years in trading exotic options, strong Greek knowledge, and proficiency in Python for pricing and backtesting, with fluency in English and Chinese. Hong Kong base with international exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or above in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years trading exotic options/structured products (TradFi or crypto).
• Strong command of options pricing (BS/local vol/stochastic vol), Greeks, volatility surfaces and hedging strategies.

Aufgaben

• Pricing & quoting real‑time prices for structured products across multiple instruments.
• Risk management & hedging including delta/gamma/vega/theta exposures and 24/7 hedging.
• Volatility trading: calibrate implied‑vol surfaces and exploit vol dynamics.
• Inventory & market‑making: manage hedging inventory and optimize costs.
• Systems & automation: collaborate to enhance pricing models and trading platform automation.
• New products & underlyings: contribute to design, pricing and launch of new structures.
• Risk & compliance: observe risk limits and assist in stress testing and validation.
