Job summary

Based in Hong Kong, CLSA’s Fixed Income Structuring team seeks an Associate to handle day-to-day inquiries from Structured Sales and work with Structured Credit Traders on client-driven transactions in structured products.

The role aims to grow CLSA’s international structured notes business and to develop new payoffs as global investor demand evolves. Candidates with 2+ years in structured notes and fixed income derivatives will be considered for an Associate Director level.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in financial engineering, financial mathematics or data modelling is required.
• 2+ years of international experience in structured note products with fixed income credit structures.
• SFC licensing 1, 2 & 4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take product ownership for the growth of CLSA’s international structured franchise.
• Collaborate with Structured Sales and Structured Credit Traders.
• Develop structured product payoffs – notes and OTC derivatives (AD level).
• Prepare marketing materials and ensure regulatory compliance on product suitability.
