Job summary

CLSA is seeking an Associate Director for the FICC Client Fund Management team in Hong Kong. You will oversee end-to-end operations across multi-asset and credit strategies, ensuring accurate NAVs, client reporting, and robust risk controls.

You will coach junior staff, implement regulatory-compliant processes, and collaborate with external custodians, brokers, and IT vendors to drive automation and efficiency within the FICC AM business line.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of proven experience in client fund management with a regulated asset management company in HK or equivalent jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational processes across multi-asset and credit investment strategies.
• Lead in trade lifecycle management, broker confirmation, allocation and settlement, asset valuation, custodian reconciliation, portfolio accounting and client reporting.
• Coach and supervise junior team members to ensure procedures comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Drive process improvements through automation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements with IT and external vendors.
• Maintain proper segregation of team operations to mitigate conflicts of interest within FICC AM business lines.
