Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a front-office structuring professional to design, price and manage FX‑linked structured notes and client‑facing OTC derivatives end to end. The role covers structuring, term sheets, issuance, hedging, booking and valuation, with a close partnership across front, middle, and back offices.

You will lead lifecycle management, coordinate roadshows with the sales team and contribute to the build‑out of the structured note infrastructure, working with IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in FICC structured product management with end‑to‑end exposure.
• Solid understanding of valuation and pricing models for structured products and related workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of new structured products, identifying client needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
• Perform rigorous valuation and pricing analyses across structured products tied to FICC asset classes.
• Oversee product lifecycle from issuance to post‑trade processes and booking.
• Coordinate with front, middle, back offices and external counterparties to ensure smooth execution.
• Partner with sales to conduct roadshows, client presentations, and market positioning.
