Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong seeks an Associate in FICC Client Fund Management to support end-to-end operations across fixed income investments, including NAV calculations, reporting, and client servicing.

The role emphasizes internal controls, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvements through automation and collaboration with custodians, brokers, and valuation agents. 3+ years' experience is required, with Bloomberg AIMS experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client fund management at a regulated asset manager.
• Experience with fixed income instruments (ETFs, CP/CDs, Bonds, MBS).
• Knowledge of NAV calculations, portfolio reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and valuation agents to capture portfolios and report accurately.
• Ensure NAV calculations, client portfolio reports are timely and correct.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Drive process improvements via automation and system enhancements.
• Maintain proper segregation of team functions to avoid conflicts of interest.
