Responsibilities

• Support sustainable revenue growth through debt structuring.
• Assist Deal Captains with origination and execution of debt financing across pitching, structuring, negotiation, and legal docs.
• Identify and manage risks with due diligence and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking and Corporate & Institutional Banking to deliver holistic solutions.
• Contribute to the credit approval process at all stages, identifying key risks.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support transaction execution.
• Ensure adherence to risk standards and local procedures.
