Skills & experience required.

• Qualified lawyer with NQ to 1 year PQE in banking and finance from a recognized jurisdiction.

• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills in British English.
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to engage with regional clients and analyze Mainland China documentation.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
