Banco Santander SA in Hong Kong seeks an Associate in Global Markets Structuring to support the development, structuring and execution of FX derivatives and structured solutions for corporate clients across Asia.

You will work with Sales and Trading to design customized products, perform pricing and risk analysis, prepare client materials, and collaborate with Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure compliant, timely execution.

Competenze

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in FX Structuring, FX Derivatives, Sales, Trading or related Global Markets roles.
Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling capabilities are essential.
Fluency in English; additional Asian or Latin American languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Structure and develop customized FX solutions for corporate and financial institution clients.
Perform pricing, risk analysis and financial modelling to support structuring and execution.
Prepare client presentations, indicative term sheets and documentation.
Collaborate with Quantitative, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams for compliant execution.
