Job summary

Shopline Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Associate to backstop cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchant Success) with hands-on execution, data prep, CRM hygiene, and SOP maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a finance/analytics background, 3+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, strong Salesforce CRM proficiency, and fluent English and Chinese. You’ll design dashboards, support incentive design, and help optimize end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on execution experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end data preparation for periodic commission settlements and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to manage budget and allocate resources.
• Assist in financial modeling and data analysis to support incentive design and ROI strategies.
• Maintain and optimize business dashboards to track trends and KPIs.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end sales process and CRM hygiene across functions.
• Execute monthly system reconciliations (Salesforce vs. internal platforms) and resolve data issues.
• Maintain SOPs and support daily sales processes.
• Administer routine Salesforce operations including user access and data accuracy.
• Drive CRM data hygiene through pipeline reviews and lifecycle management.
• Create visual reports and presentations for leadership.
