Job summary

SHOPLINE in Hong Kong seeks a data-driven Sales Operations professional to own data prep for commissions, performance tracking, and partner evaluation. You will coordinate with senior leaders to manage budgets and ensure efficient resource use while supporting incentive design and ROI strategies.

You will maintain foundational dashboards, ensure CRM hygiene, and drive end-to-end Lead-to-Revenue operations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on execution in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, SaaS preferred.
• Strong CRM admin and data visualization skills.

Job description

You will play a critical role in SHOPLINE's operations in the Hong Kong market, acting as the operational backbone for our cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Merchant Success, etc). This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role designed for a self-starter who can independently manage sales performance data, ensure process compliance, and maintain CRM hygiene. The ideal candidate brings a background in finance or consulting, deep knowledge of SaaS sales operations (Lead-to-Close-Win), and the proven ability to drive operational rigor with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end data preparation required for periodic commission settlements, performance tracking, and partner evaluation
• Collaborate with Senior Management & Team Leaders to manage the budget, monitor execution, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Assist in foundational financial modeling and data analysis to support the design of sales incentive schemes, OKRs, and ROI strategies.
• Maintain and optimize foundational business dashboards to track trends and team KPIs in a timely manner.

Sales Process Management & Operational Compliance

• Ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end sales process (Lead-to-Revenue), serving as the primary operational liaison for cross-functional alignment.
• Execute monthly system reconciliations (Salesforce vs. internal platforms) and proactively resolve data anomalies or compliance exceptions.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing hands-on support to resolve bottlenecks within the daily sales process.

CRM Administration & Reporting

• Administer routine Salesforce operations, including user access management, system configuration, and data accuracy.
• Drive CRM data hygiene through regular pipeline reviews, lead lifecycle management (MQL to SQL), and data archiving.
• Create visual reports and presentation materials to accurately convey operational metrics to company leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a background in finance, consulting, or business analytics is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, independent execution experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency in CRM administration (Salesforce preferred) and advanced data analysis/visualization tools.
• A strong, demonstrated interest in exploring and leveraging AI analytical tools and automation to drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills; highly detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with the lead-to-MQL-to-SQL-to-Close-Win process.
• Essential financial and budget management experience.
