Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a professional to enhance Research operations by upgrading performance tracking systems and facilitating collaboration with global strategy teams. The role requires a postgraduate degree, relevant experience in financial sectors, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

As part of the Research Department, you will support data analysis, reporting on performance metrics, and assist in managing project budgets and resources. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills are vital for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or above, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the financial/strategy/consulting sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of financial modelling and strong Excel skills.
• High sense of commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade Research Analysts performance tracking and management system.
• Act as the operational representative on strategic projects.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate within the Research Department for operational efficiency.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as necessary.
