Job summary

The Head of Group Strategy at ALL-STAR AGENCY leads the Bank's strategic planning cycle, translating the Group's vision into actionable plans and measurable KPIs across the Wealth Management and Corporate Banking segments.

This senior leader will partner with cross-functional teams, drive cross-border initiatives with Mainland China, and present Board-ready insights to accelerate sustainable growth and safeguard the bank's competitive edge in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or private banking/wealth management.
• Proven track record delivering complex strategic projects within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, cross-border banking, and regulatory landscapes.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group's strategic planning process for the Private Wealth Management segment, ensuring alignment with CFO targets.
• Convert the CEOs' vision into a cohesive corporate roadmap with measurable objectives.
• Harmonise Mainland China growth strategy with Group objectives amid regulatory dynamics.
• Partner with business leaders across Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, and other divisions to operationalise strategic plans.
• Use storytelling and data visuals to present insights for executive decisions.
• Translate strategic goals into quantifiable annual KPIs for each unit.
• Prepare Board-ready reports and presentations for senior management.
• Build and lead a high-calibre team, coaching for high performance.
• Maintain analytical rigour and executive-level quality across outputs.
