Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business management, or project management within financial institutions or top consulting firms.
• Wealth Management track with deep understanding of wealth management logic and client service models.
• Institutional track with familiarity of capital markets, peer institutions and collaboration frameworks.
• Proven ability to strategize, analyze data, and apply agile project management methods.
• Outstanding cross-departmental communication and execution under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth roadmaps for the wealth management business line, including product curation and advisory services.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure launches, system iterations, and campaigns run smoothly.
• Establish dashboards and regularly report on KPIs, AUM growth, client metrics and project progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose optimization plans, and deliver innovative project proposals.
• Develop differentiated expansion strategies and coverage roadmaps for institutional business.
