Job summary

All Star Agency is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking professional to manage a portfolio of corporate client relationships in Hong Kong. You will drive business development, structure lending, and deliver profitable outcomes for local corporates and MNCs.

You will coordinate with regional teams, lead end-to-end transactions, and work with Credit & Investment teams to ensure risk and regulatory compliance while growing revenue and ROE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 6–10 years corporate banking or related experience; junior VP considered.
• CFA/FRM/CPA qualifications highly regarded.
• Client-focused relationship manager with growth track record.
• Strong analytical and risk judgement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships; identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute client account plans with clear objectives.
• Originate lending, structured finance, capital markets, treasury solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas branches to deliver integrated client coverage.
• Identify cross-selling to increase wallet share across products.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution with stakeholders.
