Job summary

Hong Kong Red Cross invites a senior leader to steer Youth Development Service, translating strategy into action, and coaching a team of volunteer leaders to deliver impactful youth programs. The role covers development of service plans and training, with close work alongside the Senior Manager/Head to fulfill the organization’s humanitarian mission.

A minimum of five years in youth and volunteer service development is required, with two years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; RS W qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulate the strategic direction and plan in youth development
• Lead and coach a team of volunteer leaders to formulate service plans
• Organize and monitor daily operations and activities
• Develop humanitarian education programs for youth
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders for collaboration
• Lead development, execution and enhancement on youth services with team colleagues and volunteers
