Hong Chi Association in Hong Kong is seeking a senior manager to support the General Secretary in steering the organization's strategy and monitoring service development. You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, initiate and implement service development plans, and establish strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders to advance the mission.

The role requires a solid background in social work management, excellence in communication in English and Chinese, and proven ability to drive quality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work or related field.
• 5 years’ senior management experience in rehabilitation services.
• 15 years managerial experience in social services and/or working with people with intellectual disabilities is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and execution abilities; team collaboration with other professions.
• Fluent in written/spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold the mission and assist the General Secretary in driving strategy and monitoring service development.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary team and initiate/implement service development strategies.
• Establish quality assurance mechanisms, staff training and development.
• Develop strong strategic partnerships with stakeholders from all sectors.
