Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, focusing on transformation or project management.
• Experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, or First-Line Control within banking.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to translate data into executive narratives.
• Solid project management capabilities across multiple urgent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word; basic VBA is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, risk, change, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives for transformation initiatives.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and data topics into clear, decision-oriented messaging for senior management.
• Drive process enhancements with robust tracking and action plans to closure.
• Manage end-to-end governance, status reporting, decision tracking, escalation, and KPI measurement.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across international hubs to align processes and project execution.
