Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with wealth stakeholders to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and support business transformation across the wealth platform.

You will gather and document requirements, analyze impacts, and help deliver robust governance in a complex banking environment. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of wealth product distribution models.
• Knowledge of investment products and/or insurance products.
• Experience with risk, controls, governance, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus across teams.
• Fluent Cantonese and English are essential.

This role will work closely with business, product, distribution, and risk stakeholders to help streamline processes, strengthen controls, and support business transformation across the wealth platform.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Wealth Management initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, distribution, operations, risk, and controls teams
