Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a business analyst to gather, analyze, and document finance and regulatory reporting requirements, bridging business and technology teams. The role involves facilitating workshops, translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories, and supporting process redesign and operating model transformation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will also support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and the preparation of management updates

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance and Regulatory Reporting functions.
• Conduct current-state and target-state assessments and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Operations stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Support process redesign, controls enhancement, and operating model transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project managers and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and implementation activities.
• Prepare management updates, project documentation, and steering committee materials.
