Job summary

Sun Life Financial Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned sales leadership trainer to design and drive agency growth. You will develop strategies for active recruiters, nurture young leaders, and implement tailored face-to-face and online programs to boost advisors’ competency.

You’ll collaborate with DoA, Product, and Life Operations to ensure programs align with business goals, monitor results, and build a pool of capable trainers while sustaining a high-performance agency culture.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• At least 10 years of management experience in training and educating sales management and field force.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to course development.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop sales leadership training strategies to drive agency growth.
• Develop, implement and monitor agency training programs (face-to-face and online).
• Collaborate with DoA, Product, and Life Operations to boost agency sales and retain quality force.
