Job summary

Kyndryl in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor to join our Go-To-Market team. You will leverage your technical and sales acumen to drive opportunities, deliver demos, and present differentiated value to customers, collaborating with Consulting, Advisory, Architecture, and Delivery teams.

With external certifications and strong cloud/infrastructure experience, you will coordinate the end‑to‑end pre‑sales process, build strategic alliances, and shape winning solutions that align

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of cloud/infrastructure service selling experience with strong performance.
• Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice.
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
• Prior consultative selling experience; external certifications supporting subdomain focus areas.
• Externally recognized as an expert in technology and solutioning with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities with customers and partners.
• Develop demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Advisory, Architecture and delivery teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with alliance partners to co‑create solutions.
