K-IDEA LTD in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Marketing Manager to drive new business opportunities and lead technology-based sales initiatives. You will conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals, managing the full sales cycle and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires 5 years of client-facing experience in tech sales, strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 5 years of work experience in client-facing roles or with technology.
• Sales experience in technology-based services is an advantage.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, engage customers, and support sales target achievement.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for technology-based services to support sales and revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal pitching to drive business growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and delivery teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide regular sales forecasts, and prepare business development updates.
• Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
