Clearwater Analytics Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced senior recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles in Hong Kong.

You will collaborate with Sales and GTM leaders to shape hiring plans, build pipelines, optimize interview processes, and ensure a great candidate experience while complying with local regulations. This role requires deep APAC market knowledge and a data-driven approach to hiring.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience focused on Sales/GTM.
• Experience recruiting from IC to senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management with Sales/GTM executives.
• Hong Kong/APAC market knowledge for sales and commercial talent.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn).
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with hiring metrics and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles, from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and competency frameworks aligned to revenue targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and agency/vendor relationships where needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market compensation benchmarks, interview design, and candidate assessment for sales roles.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience, representing the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
• Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting for Sales/GTM functions in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with local Hong Kong employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
