Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a commercially driven sustainability business development professional to accelerate new-client acquisition across Hong Kong and Taiwan, shaping opportunities that combine advisory, RA+ and AI-enabled sustainability intelligence with digital solutions and energy efficiency services.

You will own the HK and Taiwan territory, build a pipeline, and lead end-to-end sales, including proposals and negotiations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or consultative solution-selling experience in sustainability, energy, ESG, digital platforms, SaaS, data or services.
• Experience originat ing and closing complex opportunities with new client relationships.
• Territory ownership or growth-plan experience with clear pipeline ownership.
• Ability to lead structured business and digital discovery, translate needs into differentiated solutions.
• Executive-level communication with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese advantageous in HK.

Responsibilities

• Own the Hong Kong and Taiwan new-business territory and develop go-to-market plans.
• Build a qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and partners.
• Drive RA+ and AI-enabled sustainability solutions as part of an integrated advisory-to-digital transformation journey.
• Lead discovery, define functional requirements, and collaborate with solution consultants on RA+ configurations.
• Win new logos and expand strategic accounts through needs mapping to Sustainability Business solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to contract handover and closure.
• Develop compelling value propositions linking sustainability outcomes to cost, resilience, and risk management.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting; use AI insights responsibly.
