Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic commercial sales professional to proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts for management system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001), ESG, and sustainability audit services in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, prepare technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and develop campaigns that reflect market trends and regulatory changes.

Formación

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in TIC, ISO standards, ESG advisory, or corporate consulting.
• Proven pipeline generation, enterprise pitching, and sales target attainment.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems or sustainability frameworks is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts for certification and ESG services.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers to drive upsell and renewals.
• Prepare technical proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Track market trends and regulatory changes to shape targeted sales campaigns.
