The role empowers decision-making within delegated authority while developing expertise in risk management and insurance operations.

You will supervise a small team, manage complex investigations, review policy coverage, and drive customer-focused initiatives to enhance experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12 years of life claims experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory role.
• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a small team in providing life claims services in a professional and effective manner.
• Manage complex claims investigations and settlements within delegated authority limits.
• Review policy coverage and assess claims validity according to terms and conditions.
• Drive initiatives for excellent customer experience and operational efficiency in line with the company’s strategy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
