Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support ESG and sustainability initiatives. You will coordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear English communication, and the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed. Chinese/Cantonese would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Responsible and reliable with ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good written and verbal English communication; Chinese/Cantonese advantageous.
• Master's degree or-in-progress in business, management, communications, social sciences or sustainability.
• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability or circular economy is a plus but not essential.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently with guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including schedules, meetings, task lists, deadlines and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal team members, trainers, clients, vendors and partners on meetings and actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, minutes, progress updates and records.
• Assist with training programmes, workshops and stakeholder activities, including logistics.
• Support preparing proposals, reports and training materials.
