Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Sustainability (Fixed-Term Contract) to join the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Department. The role focuses on sustainability reporting, ESG data management, and developing the group’s sustainability strategy.

You will coordinate the annual report, manage data collection, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive ESG initiatives and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Sustainability or related field.
• Experience coordinating sustainability reporting processes.
• Strong project management skills and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of ESG topics and reporting frameworks (e.g. HKEX ESG Code, GRI, ISSB).
• Excellent written communication, presentation and data skills.
• Hospitality sector experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and publication of the Group's Annual Sustainability Report.
• Manage sustainability data collection and support external assurance processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting activities.
• Support evaluation and selection of sustainability data platforms for ESG reporting.
• Coordinate RFP processes including requirements gathering and vendor engagement.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring.
