Job summary

Just Med Limited on Hong Kong Island is seeking a Purchasing Officer / Assistant Officer to join our procurement team. You will perform full procurement functions, coordinate quotations and price negotiations with suppliers, liaise with overseas and local vendors, and work with the Sales Department to source and develop new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Mature in nature, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, details oriented, willing to learn with positive attitude, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is highly preferable.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Can perform well under tight deadline and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of procurement function of the company;
• Coordinating suppliers for quotation and price negotiation;
• Liaise with overseas and local suppliers on all aspect of purchasing;
• Communicate with Sales Department to source and develop new products;
• Preparation of costing and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control, and other purposes;
• Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock, etc.
