Job summary

Rich Aim International Limited is seeking a proactive procurement professional to own the purchasing lifecycle for food and non-food categories in Hong Kong, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal stock levels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 3 years’ food procurement experience in FMCG/F&B. English and Cantonese/Mandarin fluency, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of Microsoft AX are a plus.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing dead stock and wastage.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive new product development and product enhancement initiatives.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and meet cost & quality targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct regular market cost reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead regular business reviews.
• Manage product complaint investigations and participate in plant audits with QA.
• Drive ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks as assigned by management.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the purchasing lifecycle for assigned food and non-food categories—from raw ingredients to finished goods—ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing dead stock and wastage

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive new product development and product enhancement initiatives

Proactively source, liaise, and negotiate with both existing and new suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and achieve stringent cost & quality targets

Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct regular market cost reviews to keep the company competitive

Monitor supplier performance and lead regularly business reviews

Manage product complaint investigations and participate in plant audits alongside the Quality Assurance team

Drive ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks as assigned by management

About you

Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of food procurement experience within the FMCG, F&B, or food manufacturing sectors

A proactive self-starter with sharp attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Proficient in MS Office; experience with Microsoft AX is an advantage

Less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer
