Job summary

Strategic Public Relations Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a hands-on AI practitioner to lead AI transformation across our APAC member companies, spanning client servicing and back-office functions.

You will pilot AI tools, automate reporting, train colleagues, and set governance on ethics and data privacy, while acting as SPRG’s thought leader on AI trends and applications across the group.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of AI/ML with hands-on workflow design and implementation experience.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues and work with different teams to understand needs, design solutions and support adoption.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and willingness to test, evaluate and introduce new tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms, automation tools, workflow applications and productivity tools.
• Knowledge of PR, communications, marketing analytics, content development or stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, re-engineer and support the implementation of AI-enabled systems and workflows across account servicing and back-office functions.
• Identify, recommend and implement practical AI solutions that make client advisory and internal operations smarter, faster and more insight-driven.
• Automate reporting, media monitoring and trend analysis for PR campaigns.
• Introduce and pilot emerging AI tools across teams, ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
• Design and deliver AI training programmes, user guides and sharing sessions that empower non-technical colleagues in APAC.
• Provide practical guidance on responsible AI use, including guidance on ethics, confidentiality, data privacy, intellectual property and security.
• Act as SPRG’s thought leader on AI trends and applications.
• Join the Group’s AI/tech committee to contribute to AI initiatives.
